Os Agostos Wedding | Algarve Wedding Photographers

Lara and Eoin choose Os Agostos for their Algarve wedding. Os Agostos is a gorgeous estate turned wedding venue. It is romantic, charismatic and picturesque, perfectly embodying classic Portuguese architecture. We had the pleasure of documenting Eoin and Lara’s Wedding there this July. There is so much we could say about Lara and Eoin.. so lets just start with the obvious. They are a gorgeous couple. and seriously fit.. so fit in fact its got Ryan and I questioning what on earth we our doing with ourselves and why we don’t have 6 packs. On a more serious note- Not that the topic of abdominals shouldn’t be taken seriously;) During the speeches we heard time and time again how kind, genuine and loving both Lara and Eoin are. They are very clearly loved by so many and it was really amazing to see the union of two people so celebrated by friends and family.

Lara and her Bridesmaids got ready in Vilamoura while Eoin and his groomsmen got ready at the estate in Os Agostos. Lara exchanged gifts and letters that made everyone cry, this sentimental theme was carried throughout the entire day. After enjoying the morning both Bride and Groom traveled separately to Santa Barbara de Nexe. The chapel is a gorgeous Portuguese church in the middle a small and peaceful Algarve town. Lara and Eoin ceremony was gorgeous and afterwards we snuck away with them early to the reception to do some quick bride and groom portraits.

The reception was filled with 250 guests who traveled from Ireland to attend. I think its safe to say that Lara and Eoin’s reception was one of the funniest we’ve ever witnessed. From the moment they entered there was music, jokes and full on belly laughs for the rest of the evening. I even found myself laughing out loud to jokes about people I had never met. Lara and Eoin your wedding was so many things- Fun, gorgeous, sentimental and unique. We loved being a part of it. We wish you all the happiness in the world as Husband and Wife.
